1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" — The mbg67 website accessible at https://mbg67.cam, including all associated services, games, betting markets, and features offered therein.
• "User" / "Member" — Any natural person who has registered a valid account on the Platform and accepted these Terms.
• "Account" — The personal account created by a User on the Platform, through which all gaming, wagering, and financial activities are conducted.
• "Balance" — The aggregate of real-money funds held in a User's account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits awarded to a User's account subject to specific wagering and eligibility requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer: the mandatory identity and address verification process required by mbg67 for account compliance and withdrawal processing.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "Prohibited Territory" — Any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gaming services is explicitly unlawful under applicable local law.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the mbg67 Platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. We actively verify the age of all registered users through our KYC process. Any User found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and all funds held therein returned, after deduction of any bonuses received.

2.2 Residency

The Platform is primarily intended for adult residents of Indonesia. Users accessing the Platform from other jurisdictions are solely responsible for determining whether their use of online gaming services complies with applicable local laws. mbg67 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any jurisdiction outside Indonesia.

2.3 Legal Capacity

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent your participation in online gaming activities.

2.4 Responsible Self-Assessment

Users who have previously self-excluded from mbg67 or any other gaming platform, or who are enrolled in any national or operator-administered self-exclusion scheme, are not eligible to register or maintain an account on the Platform.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To use the mbg67 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and mobile telephone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information should it change.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. mbg67 reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts and to void all bets, winnings, and bonuses associated with them.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify mbg67 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. mbg67 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

mbg67 is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawals. You must provide the following documents upon request:

• A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP), or a valid passport;
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding three months);
• A clear selfie photograph holding your identity document;
• Any additional documentation that mbg67 may reasonably request for compliance purposes.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by mbg67 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

3.5 Account Currency

All accounts on the mbg67 Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. The currency of your account cannot be changed after registration.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mbg67 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following local payment channels, all denominated in IDR:

• Local Banks: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

mbg67 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to Users via the Platform.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the mbg67 account. Prior to processing any withdrawal, mbg67 may require completion of the KYC process as described in Clause 3.4. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes to two (2) business hours, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.

4.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. They must first satisfy all applicable wagering requirements, as communicated at the time the bonus is offered, before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Please refer to Clause 5 for full bonus terms.

4.5 Transaction Fees

mbg67 does not charge Users fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which mbg67 accepts no responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the mbg67 Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by the specific terms applicable to that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, and time limit for completion will be stated clearly on the promotion page. Bets placed on certain game types — including but not limited to low-margin sports markets and specific table game variants — may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Welcome Bonus

New members of mbg67 may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. Eligibility, deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and wagering conditions are displayed on the promotions page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

mbg67 reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and suspend or close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: exploiting promotional terms through low-risk hedging strategies, coordinating with other Users to circumvent bonus restrictions, or making deposits solely to claim a bonus with no genuine gaming intent.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

mbg67 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Once a bonus has been credited to your account, its terms are fixed at the point of crediting and will not be altered retroactively.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the mbg67 sportsbook — including single bets, mix parlay (accumulator) bets, and live in-play markets — are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Odds are displayed in the format selected by the User and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. A bet is only valid once a confirmation reference number has been issued by the Platform.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games — including live dealer tables, slot gacor (high-payout slot) titles, and virtual games — are governed by the individual game rules supplied by the respective game provider. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are disclosed within each game's information panel. mbg67 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure provably fair outcomes across all applicable games.

6.3 Togel Markets

For Users participating in togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, draw results are determined by officially published source data. In the event of a dispute regarding a draw outcome, the official published result shall be final and binding.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or market and are subject to change. mbg67 reserves the right to apply individual betting limits to specific Users at its discretion, including for risk management purposes.

6.5 Void Bets and Technical Errors

mbg67 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, technical malfunctions, or events that did not take place. In such cases, staked amounts will be returned to the User's account balance. mbg67 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mbg67 Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and referral to the relevant legal authorities:

1. Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account rule;
2. Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or the KYC process;
3. Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction;
4. Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
5. Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of system errors for guaranteed profit;
6. Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
7. Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its infrastructure;
8. Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward mbg67 staff or other Users;
9. Reselling, transferring, or monetizing your mbg67 account or the funds held therein to any third party.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the mbg67 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, design elements, graphics, software, text, and game content — is the property of mbg67 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of mbg67. Unauthorized use of mbg67 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent of applicable law.

9 Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data are governed by the mbg67 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the full Privacy Policy at any time via the navigation menu.

mbg67 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and strict access controls to protect your personal and financial information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

mbg67 endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, and third-party infrastructure issues may cause temporary service interruptions. mbg67 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from Platform unavailability.

10.2 User Responsibility for Losses

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited on the Platform and that mbg67 is not responsible for gambling-related financial losses. You participate in all games and betting markets at your own risk.

10.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mbg67's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

mbg67 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if mbg67 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

11 Termination

11.1 Termination by the User

You may close your mbg67 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon verified closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after all pending bets are settled and any applicable KYC requirements are satisfied.

11.2 Termination by mbg67

mbg67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the Platform, other Users, or third parties.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by mbg67 — all rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately terminate. Any clauses that by their nature survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law provisions — shall continue to apply.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mbg67 holds its international gaming license. Users acknowledge that online gaming is subject to varying legal frameworks across jurisdictions and accept sole responsibility for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction, including those of Indonesia.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents mbg67 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13 Amendments

mbg67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users via the email address associated with their account and display a notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect fourteen (14) days after notification, except where an immediate change is required for legal or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
